  • Talent to upload and showcase their CVs.

We are not an employment agency or recruiter, and we do not directly screen or vet candidates or employers.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree:

  • To provide accurate, complete, and current information.
  • Not to impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.
  • Not to use the Platform for any unlawful or harmful activity.

4. Public Display of Content

By uploading a CV, job listing, or other materials:

  • You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display this content on our Platform.
  • Your content may be visible to the public and searchable via search engines unless privacy settings are used (if offered).

5. Limitation of Responsibility for Hires

We are not responsible for any outcomes resulting from connections made on our Platform, including:

  • Employers hiring candidates who turn out to be unsuitable.
  • Candidates accepting jobs where they are not paid or treated unfairly.
  • Disputes, misrepresentations, or contract violations between parties.

All hiring and employment arrangements are made solely between the users involved. We recommend users conduct their own background checks and due diligence.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform (excluding user-generated content) is the property of AI I’m Loving It or its licensors. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the Platform without our written permission.

7. Third-Party Advertising and Links

Our Platform displays ads via Google AdSense and may include links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or actions of those third parties.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or delete your account at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms.

  • Successful hiring outcomes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Platform — including but not limited to hiring issues, data loss, or service disruptions.

11. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will take effect when posted. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
