Community & Content Moderation Policy

Effective Date: August 1st 2025 To maintain a trustworthy and inclusive environment on AI I’m Loving It, we’ve established the following Community and Content Guidelines. These help ensure that all users, whether recruiters, companies, or talent, can engage respectfully and professionally.

1. User-Generated Content

Users may upload or post:

  • CVs and resumes
  • Profile photos
  • Introduction videos (YouTube, Vimeo, etc.)
  • Portfolio links
  • Job listings
  • Company or talent bios

All content must be truthful, respectful, and aligned with professional standards.

2. Prohibited Content

The following types of content are not permitted and may result in account suspension or removal:

  • False or misleading claims (e.g. fake job posts, inaccurate qualifications)
  • Plagiarized or stolen content
  • Hate speech, harassment, bullying, threats, or discriminatory language
  • Sexually explicit, violent, or offensive material
  • Malware, scams, or phishing attempts
  • Spammy content, fake profiles, or mass unsolicited messaging

3. Profile & Portfolio Guidelines

To maintain platform quality, talent profiles should:

  • Include a recent photo (optional, but recommended for credibility)
  • Contain genuine qualifications and work history
  • Provide accurate links to portfolios, personal websites, or LinkedIn profiles
  • Avoid logos or brand names as profile pictures

4. Video Introductions

Video links must:

  • Be no longer than 2 minutes
  • Avoid background music or effects that obscure speech
  • Be hosted on reputable platforms like YouTube, Vimeo or Loom 
  • Include a clear, professional introduction of your skills and interests

5. Reporting & Moderation

If you encounter inappropriate or suspicious content:

  • Email us directly at info@aiimlovingit.online

Our moderation team reviews reports within 72 hours. Repeat offenders may be suspended or banned without notice.

6. Right to Moderate and Remove Content

We reserve the right to remove or edit any user-submitted content that violates these guidelines or our Terms of Service. We may also restrict or suspend access to users at our discretion.
